With over 80 years of collective experience, and no violations on their records, their profiles follow:

ROBERT J. PARKS, President

Mr. Parks has had the responsibility of operating a successful Environmental Remediation business from the administrative level to the “hands-on” work since 1987. He has managed and controlled projects from $3,000 to $3 million dollars. As a certified Asbestos Abatement Specialist, he has been contracted not only for the removal phase of a project but also as a consultant for the Federal A.H.E.R.A. Inspections and Management Plans. His approach to utilizing the most effective and safe asbestos, lead and mold abatement techniques has generated successful and efficient projects for his clients. Mr. Parks’ commitment to continuous education, “State of the Art” equipment, and a “hands-on” approach for design/removal has developed a reputation for a safe, economic and compatible work environment for the clients of SafeAir Contractors, Inc.

STEVEN YATES, Environmental Manager

Mr. Yates is a certified Asbestos Abatement Supervisor who has been involved in the asbestos abatement industry since 1990. Prior to being appointed Environmental Manager, he served as Warehouse Administrator, Asbestos Worker, and Asbestos Abatement Specialist/Supervisor. As Environmental Manager, Mr. Yates is responsible for developing strategies and action plans that ensure safety and efficiency on each jobsite. He manages all phases of a project, from initial planning to completion. He has a proven track record of keeping each project timely, correct and within budget. Because of his extensive background, industry knowledge and customer focus, Mr. Yates is an asset to SafeAir Contractors, Inc. and to each project he oversees.

MARK WILSON, Project Superintendent

Mr. Wilson is a Certified Abatement Specialist who has served SafeAir Contractors, Inc. for over 14 years and has been managing projects for 13 of those 14 years. As Project Superintendent, he is responsible to effectively and efficiently coordinate labor, materials and equipment through to the completion of the project. He has managed projects from $10,000 to $1,500,000, including many politically sensitive projects. Mark’s calm demeanor allows him to adjust easily to changes and always remain “safety-focused.”
